Cardiac Rehabilitation – After a heart procedure or surgery, we help you learn how to modify your lifestyle and manage your disease, to minimize the risk of future problems. Through a four- to eight-week class, you'll learn about good dietary habits and risk factor modification, begin an exercise program and participate in group discussions. In most cases, rehabilitation will help you return to an active lifestyle with few limitations.
