Cotton-O'Neil Digestive Health Center

The five gastroenterologists at the Cotton-O'Neil Digestive Health Center offer comprehensive outpatient and inpatient consultative and endoscopic services to patients in Northeast Kansas.

All five physicians are on staff at Stormont-Vail Regional Health Center, St. Francis Health Center, Kansas Rehabilitation Hospital, as well as Select Specialty Hospital. In addition, the Cotton-O'Neil Digestive Health Center physicians provide consultative and endoscopic services at hospitals in Seneca, Sabetha, Wamego, and Holton.

Consultative services are generally obtained upon referral from the patient's primary care physician. Individuals who are referred need to bring with them results of any pertinent tests done prior to their appointment. If you are an estalished Cotton-O'Neil Clinic patient, this information should be available.

Patients are frequently referred for initial office consultation. It is at this time that patients are evaluated and if an endoscopic procedure is felt to be warranted, the procedure can be scheduled.

Please bring with you (do not send in the mail):

1. The completed consult/new patient worksheet and registration form.
2. Health insurance information.
3. Copies of any pertinent medical records, laboratory or x-ray reports.

We would greatly appreciate notification of at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time if you are unable to keep your appointment.
