Pre-registration
Please pre-register for all workshops at least one week in advance. You may pre-register online or by calling (785) 354-5831. Onsite registration will be accepted on a space-available basis only.
Refunds are available if requested at least two days prior to the program. Registration fees include tuition, material and refreshment breaks.
Registration payment must be received prior to receiving credit for attending workshops. Payment may be made at the door or in advance by mail. If paying by mail, please allow sufficient time for payment to be received prior to workshop date.
Make registration payable to Stormont-Vail HealthCare and mail to: Nursing Continuing Education, 5 West, Stormont-Vail HealthCare, 1500 S.W. 10th Ave., Topeka, KS. 66604-1353.
Please Note: Checks are presented to your bank once. If returned for any reason, the returned check charge is $30 plus all costs of collecting the returned check.
Check-in Time
Registration for all workshops will begin 30 minutes prior to the program.
Location
All of the workshops will be in the Pozez Education Center, 1505 S.W. Eighth Avenue, Topeka. This building is attached to the north end of Stormont-Vail Regional Health Center, 1500 S.W. 10th Ave.
Layered clothing is recommended to allow for room temperature variations.
Parking
Free parking is available in Stormont-Vail's parking garage at Ninth and Garfield. Stormont-Vail HealthCare employees are to park in their assigned areas.
Accreditation
Stormont-Vail Regional Health Center is an approved provider of Nursing Continuing Education by the Kansas State Board of Nursing. These courses are approved for contact hours applicable for R.N. and L.P.N. relicensure. L.M.H.T.s will receive continuing education credit for those programs that are so indicated. Kansas State Board of Nursing Approved Provider Number: LT0072-0538.
Stormont-Vail Regional Health Center is an approved program provider by the Board of Emergency Medical Services and has approved the designated programs for continuing education credit. The course identification number (CIN) is PP-6107.
