(Topeka, Kan., Aug. 22, 2011) -- PediatricCare, part of the Stormont-Vail family, welcomes the addition of pediatrician Casey Cordts, M.D., to the clinic located at 2860 S.W. Mission Woods Drive, in southwest Topeka. Dr. Cordts is currently accepting new pediatric patients.
Dr. Cordts, a native of Overbrook, received his medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine, Kansas City, in 2008. He completed a residency in pediatrics at Medical College of Wisconsin and Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, in 2011. Prior to finishing his undergraduate degree, Dr. Cordts worked at Stormont-Vail HealthCare as a medical assistant.
As a pediatrician, Dr. Cordts specializes in comprehensive medical care focused specifically on the care of babies, children and adolescents. He has clinical interest in infant feeding and nutrition.
