(Topeka, Kan., August 14, 2007) Cotton-O’Neil Clinic announces the addition of Korri L. Phillips, M.D., the fifth urgent care physician to join Cotton-O’Neil ExpressCare. Dr. Phillips will see patients at the third Cotton-O’Neil ExpressCare location, which opened Monday, Aug. 13, at 1130 N. Kansas Ave, in historic North Topeka.
Dr. Phillips received her medical degree from the University of Missouri, Kansas City, in 1992. She completed an internship and residency at David Grant United States Air Force Hospital, Travis Air Force Base, Calif., in 1995. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Family Practice.
Dr. Phillips is a former resident of St. Louis, Mo., where she practiced as an urgent care physician. Prior to that she served in the Missouri Air National Guard, 131st Fighter Squadron, as the Chief-Aerospace Medicine, Flight Surgeon in St. Louis. She also served as a Flight Surgeon in the Kansas Air National Guard, 190th Medical Squadron in Topeka.
