Robert Wehmeyer, RN, BSN, Named Director of Surgical Services at Stormont-Vail HealthCare

(Topeka, Kan., Aug. 21, 2007) - Robert Wehmeyer, R.N., B.S.N., has been named director of Surgical Services, Endoscopy and Pain Management at Stormont-Vail HealthCare, effective Aug. 20.

Wehmeyer most recently was director of Surgical Services for the Faith Regional Health Services in Norfolk, Neb. Prior to that he worked in leadership roles in surgical departments at Rose Medical Center, Denver, and Jane Phillips Medical Center in Bartlesville, Okla. He has a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Pittsburg State University. He is a member of the Association of Operating Room Nurses (AORN).
