Pediatric Services Now Available at Cotton-O'Neil ExpressCare – Urish Road

Cotton-O'Neil ExpressCare – Urish Road now has a PediatricCare physician available to treat patients ages 18 and younger. From now until Saturday, March 31, 2012, a pediatrician, along with nurses experienced at caring for children, will be available to meet the needs of patients during peak cold and flu season.

Hours of Pediatric Coverage
Monday - Friday: 5 to 8 p.m.
Weekends: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Based on symptoms, the patient will be assigned to a pediatrician or ExpressCare physician. For help with directions or wait times for any of our ExpressCare clinics, call Health Connections' Ask-A-Nurse, (785) 354-5225.

About Cotton-O'Neil ExpressCare

Cotton-O'Neil ExpressCare is an urgent care walk-in clinic for patients of all ages. The clinics exist to treat minor illnesses or injuries that can't be immediately treated by one's own physician or are not severe enough to require a visit to the emergency room. Locations offer patient-friendly hours and convenient care that never requires an appointment.

ExpressCare physicians and clinical staff treat a variety of common ailments or injuries that might include:

  • Adult and pediatric routine viruses
  • Upper respiratory infections
  • Cuts and/or stitches
  • Colds or headaches
  • Minor fractures or sprains
  • Ear infections
  • Animal bites or insect stings
  • X-ray and lab tests

A full-time, physician specializing in family medicine or emergency medicine, nursing staff and a lab tech are always available to treat minor acute illnesses or injuries. Appointments are never necessary and patients do not need to have a previous medical history with Cotton-O'Neil Clinic to be treated.

  • ExpressCare – North
    1130 N. Kansas Ave.
    Monday -- Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
    Closed on weekends
  • ExpressCare – Osage City
    131 W. Market, Osage City
    Weekends, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Holiday Hours

  • ExpressCare -- Croco Road and Urish Road locations are open during most holidays with the exception of Thanksgiving and Christmas.
  • Open New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day and Christmas Eve.
  • Clinic holiday hours are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
