Behavioral Health Services at Stormont-Vail
We are committed to providing excellent, multi-tiered behavioral health services to patients of all ages in a comfortable and safe therapeutic setting. Inpatient services are available for children, adolescents, adults and seniors who are experiencing crisis situations or psychiatric emergencies.
We offer a variety of outpatient mental health services including therapy, medication management, a Partial Hospital Program (PHP) and an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for individuals and families who need psychiatric intervention.
Our psychiatrists, social workers, therapists and nursing staff work together to develop each patient’s plan of care. Also vital to our patient programs is the continuity of care with family members, referral sources and community resources.
The care team at Behavioral Health Services treats the “whole” person and recognizes that the relationships between patients and their families, friends, peers and the community are intrinsic components to healthy living.
Behavioral Health Services at Stormont-Vail operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Preceding an inpatient admission, an assessment is performed to determine the appropriate level of care for each patient and his or her specific needs.
