Cotton-O'Neil Clinic-Lyndon provides primary care services in downtown Lyndon. Patients ranging in age from newborn to senior citizen are cared for at the clinic.
The Stormont-Vail Foundation provided funding for remodeling and equipment to open the new clinic. The funding was made possible through monies received from the Lewis Humphreys Charitable Trust. Lewis Humphreys and his wife Elva were originally from the Lebo/Arvonia area. Lewis was a member of the Stormont-Vail HealthCare board of directors and the Stormont-Vail Foundation board of directors.
