The Stormont Vail Health PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program is a one-year training program offering a broad range of pharmacy practice experience. Our mission is to provide our residents with experiences that develop the knowledge, skills and values needed to support excellent pharmaceutical care for the patients they serve during their residency and throughout their careers.

The Clinical Pharmacy team provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients through optimizing medication therapy and promotes health, wellness and disease state prevention.

The Stormont Vail Health Pharmacy team upholds the American College of Clinical Pharmacist philosophy of pharmaceutical care blends a caring orientation with specialized therapeutic knowledge, experience and judgment for the purpose of ensuring optimal patient outcomes. The Clinical Pharmacy Team also contributes to the generation of new knowledge that advances health and quality of life.
