Rob and Tammy Kenagy Health Equity Fund to Address Health Outcome Disparities

Health outcomes for many common conditions, including pregnancy and infancy, can vary significantly. These differences in outcome are often influenced by factors such as healthcare access, nutrition, and environmental conditions.

As Dr. Robert Kenagy concludes nine years of service at Stormont Vail Health, the Stormont Vail Foundation invites you to recognize his contributions and support Stormont Vail’s efforts to address the root causes of health outcome disparities through the Rob and Tammy Kenagy Health Equity Fund.

Before becoming President and CEO in 2019, Dr. Kenagy spent three years as Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer at Stormont Vail. During his tenure, Stormont Vail experienced significant regional growth, bringing high-quality care to more patients across Kansas. Dr. Kenagy championed educational opportunities for team members and encouraged local youth to pursue careers in healthcare. Additionally, he advocated for health equity by supporting solutions to enhance access to care in our communities.

“We believe that everyone deserves access to quality care, regardless of their background or financial situation,” said Dr. Kenagy. “I have always been a strong advocate for health equity and with the support of our community, we can help break down those barriers and ensure that no one is left behind.” Those interested in making a donation to the Rob and Tammy Health Equity Fund can contribute online, or download the contribution form and submit payment by mail to the Stormont Vail Foundation, 1500 S.W. 10th Avenue, Topeka, KS 66604.
