Diabetes Education Classes and Appointments
The program starts with a series of three classes to provide a comprehensive overview of diabetes management. Topics include glucose testing, medication, nutrition, and more. Classes are taught by registered nurses and dietitians who are certified diabetes educators, ensuring you receive expert guidance and support.
Some patients may prefer or need one-on-one appointments with a nurse educator or dietitian—either in addition to or instead of the group classes. One-on-one appointments are offered to meet each patient’s needs.
