We often talk about how small moments make a meaningful difference. For Eboni Mitchell, Environmental Services Tech at Stormont Vail Hospital, one of those moments came during a night shift when she learned a patient was worried about their beautifully braided hair becoming tangled while resting.

Eboni remembered that concern and waited for the patient to return from a test. She took a few extra minutes to gently care for their hair, helping the patient feel comfortable, respected, and truly cared for.

That small act shows more than kindness—it shows attentiveness, dignity, and a genuine commitment to caring for patients beyond what’s expected. Eboni lives our mission in action and is a deserving March 2026 Person of the Moment.
