Stormont Vail Hospital, located in the north-central part of Topeka, Kansas, is a 586-bed acute care center that provides inpatient and outpatient care, as well as a variety of community outreach services.
The main entrance is through the North Tower, at the intersection of S.W. 9th and Horne Streets, across from the visitor parking garage. The hospital has easy access to Interstate 75 from both the east and west.
The Stormont Vail Emergency & Trauma Center features the area’s only Level II Trauma Center, located just off S.W. 8th and Washburn Avenues. Certified by the American College of Surgeons, the highest distinction for trauma centers across the nation, the Trauma Center provides specialized care for severely injured patients.
