Cotton O’Neil Pediatric Clinic – Gage Closed Aug. 11-20, 2025

The Cotton O’Neil Pediatric Clinic Gage location (4100 S.W. 15th Street, Topeka) will be closed from Aug. 11-20 due to building issues caused by a lightning strike. During this time, patients will have their scheduled appointments with their providers at the following temporary locations:

Affected patients are being contacted via MyChart and phone calls. The Cotton O’Neil Pediatric Clinic plans to resume normal business operations at the Gage location on Wednesday, Aug. 20 at 12:40 p.m. Patients with questions should contact call Pre-Registration at (785) 270-4440.
