North Fielding Primary Care Clinic Closed on Monday, July 21 – Express Care Remains Open

The Primary Care offices located in the upper level of the Stormont Vail North Fielding Clinic (4505 NW Fielding Road) will be closed Monday, July 21 due to air conditioning issues.
The Express Care urgent care clinic in the lower level of North Fielding remains open as usual – through the weekend and Monday.
Patients with primary care appointments on Monday are being contacted to reschedule their visit or to have a telehealth visit.
