Patient & Family Advisory Council

Share your experience. Help improve care for others. Join the Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) at Stormont Vail Health.

The PFAC is a volunteer group that brings patients, families, and healthcare leaders together to improve care, safety, and experience.

What is the Patient & Family Advisory Council?

The PFAC is a group of patients and family members who offer feedback and guidance so Stormont Vail leaders and team members can make care safer, more compassionate, and more effective.

Feedback from the PFAC has helped improve patient materials, processes, and care experiences across our system.

How You’ll Make an Impact

As a PFAC member, your experiences help guide real improvements across our health system.

  • Share feedback about patient experience, safety, and quality
  • Review patient-facing materials and processes
  • Participate in conversations about system initiatives and improvements

Help ensure patient and family voices are included in decisions
