Introducing: MyChart Provider Finder

This week, we will launch Epic’s MyChart Provider Finder—our new provider directory tool—on our website, www.stormontvail.org. This new tool makes it easier for patients to find care.

Once live, you can access the new directory via your MyChart account or by clicking on any “find a provider” button or link on www.stormontvail.org. This can be found in the top navigation bar of all webpages and at the bottom of every service and location page. You do not need a MyChart account to search Provider Finder.

In case you missed it, Tiffany Naccarato, APRN, cardiology specialist at the Manhattan Campus, recently joined Within Reason with Mike Matson on KMAN Radio. Tiffany was joined by a Stormont Vail Health patient who has benefited from our cardiac services to talk about the importance of having high-quality heart care close to home.

The show was closed out with Mark Claussen from the Stormont Vail Foundation. He talked about the Derby Day event in Junction City on May 2, benefiting the Flint Hills Campus Cardiac Rehab program.

Catch the full conversation here, and stay tuned for even more Stormont Vail guests!

New NICU Equipment Supports Our Tiniest Patients

Our NICU cares for about 400 babies each year, including some born as early as 22 weeks. Thanks to generous donors and proceeds from the 2024 Big Hearts Golf Tournament, the Stormont Vail Foundation is purchasing new equipment to enhance care and support for patients, families, and team members.

Thanks to generous donors and proceeds from the 2024 Big Hearts Golf Tournament, the Stormont Vail Foundation is purchasing new equipment to enhance care and support for patients, families, and team members.

These donations reflect the incredible community that stands behind the work our NICU teams do every day. We’re grateful to our community for making moments of hope possible.

“To Your Health” on WIBW-TV

Melanie Reamer and Brittany Rumold, Pulmonary Disease Educators, and two of their patients, discuss how Stormont Vail Health’s Pulmonary Rehab Program helps those with respiratory issues breathe easier in this week’s “To Your Health” segment that airs at 10 p.m. on WIBW-TV, Channel 13. The segment typically repeats at 5 a.m. and 6 a.m. Fridays on 13 News This Morning and is posted on wibw.com.

Last Week’s Segment

Glenn Baker, System Director Pharmacy Services, and Melissa Comstock, Pharmacy Operations Manager, discuss how recent updates to Stormont Vail’s Hospital Pharmacy help minimize contamination risks and medication errors.
