ONE SIGN: Simplifying Patient Rights Signage

Stormont Vail Health is rolling out ONE SIGN, a new approach to displaying required patient rights and regulatory information across our facilities.

Instead of multiple flyers and desk-level postings, required information will now be displayed on one standardized, large-format sign at the entrance of each building.

This approach ensures important information is easy to find while reducing visual clutter in registration and other patient-facing areas.

ONE SIGN supports our high reliability culture by creating calmer, clearer environments that reduce confusion and help patients focus on their care. It also allows registration spaces to stay organized and welcoming. Our overall goal is less noise, more clarity, and a better experience for all visitors.
