When should I take childbirth classes?

Most parents benefit from taking classes during the third trimester, though availability may vary.

Which class should I start with?

If you’re a first-time parent, begin with our Childbirth Preparation class. From there, you can add classes based on your needs.

Can my partner attend classes?

Yes, partners and support persons are encouraged to attend all classes.

Are classes available online?

Many classes are offered both online and in person. Check individual listings for details.

What happens after I register?
