Take Steps Toward Better Mental Well-Being: Next Walk with an APP in Junction City

Stormont Vail Health will host Walk with an APP from 9 to 10 a.m. Saturday, June 6, 2026,  at Simpler Stadium, 900 N. Eisenhower Dr., in Junction City. If it rains, the walk will move indoors to the Junction City Municipal Building, 700 N. Jefferson St.

The walk feature will feature Michelle Boggs, APRN, a behavioral health provider who sees patients at Stormont Vail Health’s Manhattan Campus and Flint Hills Campus in Junction City.

“This walk is about making conversations about mental health feel more natural and less intimidating,” APRN Michelle said. “Sometimes, movement and connection are the best place to start.”

Open to all ages and activity levels, Walk with an APP offers a casual, one-mile activity for participants to ask questions, learn about stress management, and better understand when it may be time to seek professional support.
