Stormont Vail Health to Host 2026 Women’s Wellness Summit

Stormont Vail Health is hosting the 2026 Women’s Wellness Summit: Thriving Through Every Age, on April 10, 2026, at Pozez Education Center at Stormont Vail Hospital, 1500 S.W. 10th Ave., Topeka 66604.

This event aims to empower women 18 and older with practical, evidence‑based tools to support their health and well‑being across every stage of life.

“Women play a foundational role in the health of families and communities,” said Julia Wiebler, Director of Primary Care at Stormont Vail. “This Summit is about equipping women with the knowledge, confidence, and support they need to thrive at every age—not just as individuals, but as caregivers, leaders, and advocates for the people they love.”

The Women’s Wellness Summit is tailored for women navigating early adulthood, parenthood, midlife transitions, and the complexities of caring for aging loved ones. Topics include preventive care, hormonal health, physical activity, nutrition, stress and emotional well‑being, and financial literacy, plus practical guidance participants can apply immediately.

Cost is $25 with breakfast and lunch included.
