Dr. Brent Roeder Talks Colorectal Health at Next Walk with a Doc

In recognition of National Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month, Stormont Vail Health invites the community to Walk With A Doc from 9 to 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at Washburn University Lee Arena.

Dr. Brent Roeder, gastroenterology specialist with Stormont Vail Digestive Health, will answer questions about colorectal health, screening, and prevention. Rising rates of colorectal cancer diagnosed in adults under 55 makes awareness and early screening especially important.

“Many people have questions about screening, their risk, and available options,” said Dr. Roeder. “I’m looking forward to giving people space to ask questions and take steps to support their health.”

Walk With A Doc is free and open to all ages and activity levels. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable shoes, bring a friend, and come ready with questions.
