Stormont Vail Health is hosting the 2026 Women’s Wellness Summit: Thriving Through Every Age, on April 10, 2026, at Pozez Education Center at Stormont Vail Hospital, 1500 S.W. 10th Ave., Topeka 66604.

This event aims to empower women 18 and older with practical, evidence‑based tools to support their health and well‑being across every stage of life.

The Women’s Wellness Summit is tailored for women navigating early adulthood, parenthood, midlife transitions, and the complexities of caring for aging loved ones. Topics include preventive care, hormonal health, physical activity, nutrition, stress and emotional well‑being, and financial literacy, plus practical guidance participants can apply immediately.
