Pickleball Tournament Brings Team Members Together
On Aug. 21 and 28, 22 teams that included 81 team members took to the court for the 2026 Stormont Vail Health Pickleball Tournament.
After two nights of energy, teamwork, and friendly competition, Hughes Park Heroes (Kyle Blocker, financial analyst, and Doug Dister, Epic ETL and BI administrator) earned the highest overall standing and took first place.
Here to Smash (Sam Harwood, APP, and Jenica Wessels Harwood, M.D.) finished second. Bumps to Buns (Jenny Broxterman, Digestive Health Center nurse manager, and Melinda Theis, Birthplace nurse manager) placed third.
