Congratulations to our April 2023 Person of the Moment – Jamie McKinsey, Heart Center Ultrasonographer!

It’s hard to slow down for small moments when life gets busy. But that’s just what Jamie did when she went out of her way to help a stranger.

Jamie was leaving work to care for her mother following her recent surgery. As she approached her vehicle, she met an elderly gentleman who was going to visit his brother, but didn’t know where to go.

Jamie escorted the man to the hospital, got him a wheelchair, and waited for a volunteer to help him to his brother’s room.

“Jamie went entirely out of her way to help this man who really needed it. She represented one of Stormont Vail’s core Values by showing true compassion and care, even when she had other places to be, by helping this gentleman to safely get where he going.”
