Why did you choose to work at Stormont Vail Health?
I have a lot of family ties to this community, and that led me to be interested in Stormont Vail Health. This organization is full of people who care about the health of others and about taking care of others.
What conditions do you treat?
The medical conditions that I see are things like colon cancer — and, more importantly, prevention of colon cancer — reflux, pancreatic and biliary diseases, and inflammatory bowel disease.
What procedures do you specialize in?
I specialize in all endoscopic procedures, including: upper endoscopy, colonoscopy, ERCP — which is the evaluation of the bile duct system — as well as endoscopic ultrasound — which is the evaluation of gastrointestinal tumors and cancers.
