Patient Safety Awareness Week is March 12 – 18 and Stormont Vail Health is making changes to ensure our patients stay safe while in our care. We are revising patient safety rounds to showcase leadership involvement with front-line team members in regards to patient safety. Furthermore, the Risk Team will visit clinics and areas of the hospital to make sure National Patient Safety Goals are up and visible to team members (this focuses on safety and Joint Commission Standards).
