Stormont Vail Health Sports Physical Day Supports Young Athletes and Local Schools

To help middle and high school athletes stay healthy and safe this season, Stormont Vail Health will provide $20 sports physicals from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at Cotton O’Neil Kanza Park, 2660 S.W. 3rd St., in Topeka.

As part of the event, Stormont Vail will donate $10 from each physical to the athlete’s school.

“Our Sports Physical Day is about more than checking a box; it’s about keeping student athletes safe and supporting the schools that play such an important role in our communities,” said Michael Ramirez, Jr., Stormont Vail System Director, Rehabilitation Services and Rehab Administration.

No appointment is needed, and physicals will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants can make payments with cash, check, or card.
