Stormont Vail Health is offering sports physicals at all Express Care locations, providing families with a fast and convenient option to get students ready for the upcoming sports season. No appointment is necessary – just walk in during clinic hours:

• Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 7 p.m.
• Saturday – Sunday, 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.

A couple things to know before you head in:

• All paperwork must be completed prior to checking in with registration.
• A parent or guardian must be present at the time of the physical.
