We Recognize Heather McGann – June 2026 Person of the Moment
Some acts of leadership don’t happen in meetings or during business hours. Sometimes, they happen late on a Friday when someone needs help and isn’t sure where to turn.
That’s why we’re recognizing Heather McGann, Licensed Clinical Therapist Supervisor with Stormont Vail Behavioral Health, as our June 2026 Person of the Moment.
Heather received a nomination after stepping in to support a team member facing a distressing situation and limited resources.
Instead of assuming someone else would handle it, Heather finished her work and drove to be there in person. She understood something important: in difficult moments, presence matters.
By showing up, listening, and helping her colleague navigate the situation, Heather provided the kind of care that can’t always happen over the phone.
Those who work with Heather know this act of kindness is one of many. She approaches her work every day with empathy, a willingness to help, and a commitment to both team members and patients.
Thank you, Heather, for everything you do.
