Christina Guhr, APRN, Helps Turn Overwhelming into Overcoming: Next Walk With An APP

Stormont Vail Health invites community members to join Walk With An APP, a free event designed to encourage movement, connection, and meaningful conversations about healthy living.

  • Saturday, Feb. 7, 2026
  • 9 to 10 a.m.
  • Old Junction City High School Football Field (900 N. Eisenhower Dr.)
    • If temps fall below 32°F, meet at JC Municipal Building (700 N. Jefferson St.)

This month’s walk will feature Christina Guhr, APRN, Weight Management Specialist at Stormont Vail Manhattan Campus. Christina will share facts on what really affects weight, how to build habits that stick, and tips to help overcome an overwhelming topic.

All ages and activity levels are welcome. Stormont Vail encourages participants to bring a friend, water, and plenty of questions.
