Help Raise Awareness During Malnutrition Awareness Week | Sept. 8–12, 2025

Stormont Vail Health is proud to partner with the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (ASPEN) for Malnutrition Awareness Week, a national initiative focused on improving nutrition care and outcomes.

We’re excited to share that our Clinical Nutrition team is launching a new care process for identifying and treating malnutrition at our Topeka and Flint Hills campuses!

This CMS-recognized program will:

  • Improve patient outcomes
  • Reduce readmissions
  • Shorten hospital stays

It’s just one initiative we’re taking as an ASPEN Malnutrition Awareness Week Ambassador.
