“During a code blue event – without hesitation, she stopped what she was doing and comforted the spouse who was dismayed during a code blue event. What Nancy did was admirable and from what I had witnessed, there was a bond built between the two of them. Not only did she perform her duties, she also interacted and showed compassion to the patient and their family.”
