Stormont Vail Health Earns National Recognition for Excellence in Stroke Care

Stormont Vail Health Topeka Campus and Flint Hills Campus in Junction City have received national honors from the American Heart Association (AHA) for delivering high-quality stroke care through the AHA’s Get With The Guidelines® program.

Stormont Vail’s Topeka Campus earned multiple distinctions, including the Target: Stroke Gold Plus Achievement Award, Honor Roll-Elite; Honor Roll Advanced Therapy; and Target: Type 2 Diabetes Honor Roll. Each recognition reflects Stormont Vail’s commitment to timely, evidence-based stroke treatment.

Stormont Vail is proud to recognize its Flint Hills Campus for its first Target: Stroke Rural Recognition Bronze Award. This achievement marks a major milestone in enhanced access to high-quality stroke care in Junction City and surrounding communities.
