Stormont Vail Health Welcomes Psychiatrist Dr. Jason H. Seymour to Outpatient Behavioral Health Center

Stormont Vail Health is pleased to welcome Jason H. Seymour, M.D., a double-board certified psychiatrist, to the Stormont Vail Outpatient Behavioral Health Center at 2601 S.W. 3rd St., Topeka, 66606.

Dr. Seymour provides psychiatric care focused in active listening, patience, and collaboration, empowering patients to take a proactive role in their behavioral health.

“Trust starts on the first day and grows over time,” said Dr. Seymour. “I want patients to feel heard, ask questions, and partner with me.”

He earned his medical degree at St. Georges University, completed his residency at The University of Cincinnati Medical Center, and fellowship in addiction psychiatry at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. His focus on community-centered care led him to join Stormont Vail.

“Stormont Vail is big within Topeka and provides a lot of community services. I want to be part of something that provides great community service,” he said.

His experience includes general psychiatry, addiction psychiatry, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) therapy, and virtual care. He chose Stormont Vail for its unique presence in Topeka and commitment to community service.
