Walk With An APP – Junction City | December 2025

Stormont Vail Health invites community members to join Walk With An APP, a free, one-hour event to promote health and wellness through conversation and movement. The next walk will take place on Saturday, Dec. 6, 2025, from 9 to 10 a.m. at the old Junction City High School football field, 900 N. Eisenhower Dr., 66441.

Michael Prichard, PA-C, Family Medicine specialist at The Stormont Vail Health Flint Hills Campus will share practical ways to lower the risk of diabetes and manage it effectively. Expect real-world tips you can use right away, including:

  • Small habits that make a big difference
  • How to spot sneaky sugars and make smarter food swaps
  • Steps for healthier A1C and more energy

All ages and activity levels are welcome. Stormont Vail encourages participants to bring a friend, water, and plenty of questions.
